A Professional Engineer and a Fellow with the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (FIEM).He is considered a pioneer in the Oil & Gas Industry having a career that started since 1983.Formerly the Executive Director of Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (Toyo M).A position he held for 17 years from year 2000 to 2017.He has an in-depth knowledge in monitoring and managing engineering and construction projects, specifically in the oil and gas and petrochemicals industry.He has held responsible positions in Engineering Design, Project Management, Procurement Management, Offshore Platforms Operation and Maintenance Supervision. Have knowledge in offshore hook-up and commissioning, drilling operations and crude oil terminals operation.He has an extensive and deep networks within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry specifically in Malaysia.

Ts. Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha

Vice President 

Sharifah Zaida Nurlisha has 33 years involvement in the Oil and Gas Industry. After receiving her Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics degree BEng(Hons) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Nottingham University, England she began her career as an Instrument Engineer in Sime Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1990 before moving to Project Management  with MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1995. Her exposure equipped her with a wealth of experience on project implementation from project Engineer to Project Manager of different types of Oil & Gas contracts locally and internationally, before being appointed as GM of Project Department.  In 2018 she assumed her current position as CEO of MMC Oil & Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd. 
She has actively participated in various industry associations and organisations, assuming various roles from Exco to President, in championing industry positions to Stakeholders. Passionate in contributing to the industry, she continues to accord her experiences in assisting and pivoting the industry to a better future.

Ir. Nor Azahar Abdul Razak

He started his career in Oil & Gas industry with Sime Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in 1994 as Instrument & Control Engineer, and he has carried on in this practice leading him to senior and the upper echelons in the organisation from Lead Engineer to Project Manager and Engineering Manager. He is the lead assessor for Yayasan Sime Darby scholarship. In 2012, he joined Wood Group Mustang (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Instrument & Control Engineer and thereafter Lead Engineer, Director/Head of Engineering and Business Development Director. He is currently the Project Assurance Manager for ICE Wood Sdn. Bhd. Ir Nor Azahar is a registered Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. He is also an appointed Industrial Panel Assessor for BEM Engineering Accreditation Council Malaysia (EAC).

Ir. Ahmad Nazari b. Ashari

He graduated in 1982 with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Ir. Ahmad is a Fellow of the IEM, a registered Electrical Services Engineer with the Energy Commission, a Principal Interviewer for the Professional Interview with the IEM and a Principal Examiner for the Professional Assessment Examination with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.He joined PETRONAS Refinery Kerteh in January 1983, transferred  to PETRONAS Corporate Planning Division in 1995 and later moved to Aromatics Malaysia. He left PETRONAS late 2000.He co-founded and managed MECIP Global Engineers Sdn Bhd & MECIP (M) Sdn Bhd, stepped down as Managing Director from 2017 and took on the role of Chairman to make way for a younger and more dynamic CEO.

En Rusihan Bin Ruslan

Rusihan Bin Ruslan is currently the Manager of Supply Chain Management at Tuah Consult Sdn Bhd. Before assuming this role, he was with MECIP Global Engineers Sdn Bhd from 2021 to 2022, serving as a Business Development Associate. Prior to that, he held various positions at Technip Consultant (M) Sdn Bhd from 2003 to 2020, with his last position being Senior Market Analyst. Additionally, he worked for five years, from 1998 to 2003, at Golden Pharos Berhad, where he held positions such as Accountant and Assistant Manager for Corporate Services. Rusihan began his career as an Audit Assistant at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1994. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2002. Pn Arnida binti Arsam

Arnida has 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas. She started her career in 2000 in Mecomb Engineering as an Instrumentation Engineer but quickly propelled her career in Sime Engineering where she had delved in tendering, quality and project management for downstream projects. She made the transition to upstream engineering consultancy in 2008 when joining Aker Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Sr Project Engineer and successfully delivered projects as Project Manager and Sr Project Manager.
Currently holding the portfolio of VP – Project Management Execution and Excellence in Aker Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd where she is responsible in ensuring projects are delivered with quality, predictability and profitability.
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bristol University, UK, and currently pursuing Masters in Sustainability Development Management in Sunway University.

Pn Azlin Roshazliana Abdul Rahman

Azlin joined T.EN Consultant (M) Sdn. Bhd. 10 years ago as a Project Engineer, progressing to Business Development & Tendering, and is now the Key Account Manager for Malaysian Clients and Government Liaison. Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, she started her career in the Automotive Industry and then moved to the Electronic Industry before joining the Oil, Gas & Energy Industry, where she became a certified Project Management Professional. She represented Technip as one of its Brand Ambassadors and continue to contribute to the Organization’s ESG in constructing the culture of the company as a Diversity and Inclusion Business Champion for Technip Malaysia.

Pn. Bahiyatul Nazarah

Since graduation in July 1987, Bahiyatul has been working for 35 years in Oil Gas and Petrochemical Industry. She started her career in January 1988 with Cegelec Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Procurement Engineer and developed her career as Procurement Manager. Presently working with RNZ Integrated (M) Sdn Bhd since November 2004.

Ir. Dr. Ragunath Bharath

Ir Dr Ragunath Bharath has over 28 years of experience in the plant EPCC business and is a director of IFP (Innovative Fluid Process Sdn Bhd), a multidiscipline plant engineering group. Prior to establishing IFP, he worked with Chiyoda Corporation in Yokohama, Foster Wheeler Malaysia and OGP Technical Services in the process and commissioning disciplines. He obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees in chemical engineering from Tohoku University, Japan under Japanese Government Scholarship and is a registered Professional Engineer with BEM and Fellow of IChemE UK.

En Muhammad Shahrir Zubir

He graduated with Mechanical Engineering Degree with Honors from USM. He began his career as a Project Engineer in MMC Engineering Services ( Gas Sector ) in 1995. He is also registered with EC as gas engineering supervisor. He was involved in all phases of onshore projects from business development, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning including role as project manager and procurement manager as well as  BD Manager. He is currently the General; Manager Business Development for Ranhill Worley since 2012  covering both domestic and international market for the location. 

En Amran Bin Sofiyan

Amran is currently a General Manager at Cekap Technical Services Sdn Bhd, where he focuses on Technical Consultancy and New Energy. He graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering and started his career in the oil and gas sector as a drilling and completions engineer in Mexico. Then, he joined the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector in Malaysia. In 2018, he was the project manager for a business process improvement and management project, developing a quality management system in a national oil company. He is passionate about process approach, advocating the PDCA approach to his team. He is always looking for opportunities on how to improve himself, hence in his free time, he teaches Origami and Aikido and bakes scones.

Ir. Azhan Salleh

Ir. Azhan Salleh being appointed as the Executive Director of Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd (Toyo Malaysia) since July 2017.

He started his career in Toyo Malaysia in February 2002 as Mechanical Engineer. In 2005, he served in the Mechanical Group as Manager and later as Head of Department of Mechanical, Civil & Structure, Electrical and Instrumentation Group where he was responsible for the supervision of Engineers and oversee the execution of engineering activities in the Organization.

He served for five years as Associate Director and Senior General Manager of Engineering Department in 2012. During this period, his task was ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the engineering division and simultaneously undertake the business development roll on supporting the company towards the establishment of future growth.

He has accumulated 20 years of experience in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Cogeneration and Oleo Chemical.

He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea, UK and a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.

En Shazli Bin Razak

Shazli is a managing director and co-founder of an engineering design and specialized manpower supply company Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd (KLSB). Soon after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from UNIVERSITY TENAGA NASIONAL (UNITEN) in year 2000, he joined his family business, a joint-venture company with BERNAS in the rice industry and subsequently obtained his MBA from UNIVERSITY TEKNOLOGI MALAYSIA (UTM) in year 2004. KLSB, which was established back in 2011, has since grown from a small company to an organisation that employed more than 150 staff. KLSB is primarily involved in minor engineering design activities as well as providing specialised resources to design consultants companies in Malaysia. Shazli is also a member of The Malay College Old Boys Association (MCOBA). He is also a former EXCO of Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC)

Ms Voon Jye Yng

Jye Yng is a Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in process safety and technical risk assessment in the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. She is a TUV certified Functional Safety Engineer, PHA facilitator and is also registered as QRA Subject Specialist with the Department of Environment. Throughout her career, she works closely with Clients across Asia Pacific, Australia, UK and US, in addressing their safety, risk and sustainability related issues in engineering design and operations. She is a Consulting Partner at ERM, leading the safety service of the sustainability consulting business.
